Trinidad Perfume Heirloom Pepper

Trinidad Perfume is a peach colored pepper with the fruity flavor of habanero but almost no heat. As it cooks, it perfumes the whole kitchen. The warm apricot-melon flavor has smoky undertones, wonderfully complex like a habanero. But you don't need to blow your head off to enjoy it.

Trinidad Perfume is most often used in cooking or made into salsa, but you can pop a fresh pepper into your mouth with impunity.  Tasty and fragrant.
